Applications for the Fall Cycle of 2026 will be accepted from June 1 through June 30, 2026.
Application Instructions
To apply, please submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) and required documents through our online portal.
1. Letter of Inquiry (2 pages max)
Your LOI should briefly address:
- What you are proposing and which funding area it aligns with
- Your goals and the outcomes you hope to achieve
- How you will measure progress (key milestones)
- Your approach or methodology
- Why this project is needed now
- Project budget and amount requested (include other major funding sources, if applicable)
2. Required Attachments
Please upload:
- Letter of Inquiry (LOI)
- 501 (c)(3) Determination Letter
- Most recent Form 990 or audited financial statements
- Project Budget
3. Submit Your Application
Complete the online form and upload your materials through our grant portal (hosted by Blackbaud). You will need to sign in with a Blackbaud ID.
Be sure to include the correct contact email-we will use it to communicate updates about your application.
